This explains what information we collect and what we do with it. We tried to write this in plain English instead of dense legal jargon.

What We Collect

When you buy something: Name, email, phone number, shipping address, billing address. Standard stuff we need to process and ship your order.

When you create an account: Email and password so you can log in and see your order history.

When you contact us: Whatever you share in your message so we can help you.

Automatically: Basic technical info like your IP address, browser type, and which pages you visit. This helps us understand how people use the site and fix problems.

What We Do With It

Process your orders. Obviously we need your info to ship you stuff.

Send you updates. Order confirmations, shipping notifications, that kind of thing.

Help you when you reach out. If you email us a question, we use your info to respond.

Improve the site. We look at aggregate data (not individual info) to understand what is working and what is not.

Marketing emails. Only if you sign up for them. You can unsubscribe anytime.

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your information. Not to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else. Period.

We do not spam you. You will get order-related emails because you need those. Marketing emails only if you opted in.

Who We Share With

We share your info with companies that help us run the business:

Payment processors to charge your card securely. We never see your full card number.
Shipping carriers so they know where to deliver your order.
Email service to send you order confirmations and updates.

These companies only get what they need to do their job. They cannot use your info for their own marketing.

We might also share info if legally required—like if we get a court order. That has never happened, but we are being upfront about it.

Cookies

Cookies are small files that help the website work properly. Ours remember things like what is in your cart and that you are logged in.

You can block cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site might not work right if you do.

Your Choices

Unsubscribe from emails: Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.

Update your info: Log into your account and edit your details.

Delete your account: Email us and we will take care of it.

Ask what we have: Want to know what info we have on you? Email us and we will tell you.

California Residents

If you are in California, you have extra rights under the CCPA. You can ask us what info we have, request we delete it, and opt out of any data sales. Again—we do not sell data, but you have the right to tell us not to.

Security

We use encryption, secure servers, and other measures to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions.
