We ship from Riverside, California. Most orders go out within 1-2 business days—often same day if you order early enough.

Who Delivers

We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the order size, destination, and shipping speed you pick. You will see the options and prices at checkout.

How Long It Takes

Standard shipping: Usually 5-7 business days. This is the cheapest option and works fine if you are not in a rush.

Priority shipping: Usually 2-3 business days. Good middle ground between cost and speed.

Express shipping: Usually 1-2 business days. Costs more but gets there fast.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers occasionally have delays—weather, holidays, just random slowdowns. We cannot control that part, but we do get orders out quickly on our end.

A Few Things to Know

PO Boxes: We can ship to PO boxes but only via USPS.

Wrong address? Contact us ASAP if you need to change your shipping address. Once it ships, we cannot change it.

Package not arriving? Check the tracking first. If it shows delivered but you did not get it, check with neighbors or your building office. Still missing? Reach out to us.

How We Pack

Skincare products can be fragile. We wrap everything securely so it arrives in good condition. If something does show up damaged, let us know and we will take care of it.
